About Ned Davy

By hokey, the big fella’s tipped into his 50s. A rangy loose forward in his prime, good with the ball in hand, but rarely up with the play any more.

well tell the whole story. 39th and final game, a rangy prop and vice captain in ankle deep mud, found himself on the wing leading 24 to nil and has the ball in hand – but never scored for his first fifteen.
With only the fullback to beat and a skinny wing on the outside – what would you do, but dummy and step the fullback then head under the posts to cap you career ……with a score under the posts …..

Go on. Have your say.
